HOW TO START USING RAZIEL WALLET
1. Install the app
2. Register with your ePassport or National Identity Card (ICAO-enabled)
3. Transfer coins to anyone on the world by typing their Passport Number and/or unique national identifier, even if they havent yet installed and registered on this app
